Welcome to my UEFA competition tracker for the Season 2011 / 2012.

Firstly, let me say that this service is purely for personal use and was developed for personal reasons.

I want to showcase my PHP / MySQL / JavaScript skills by putting this tracker into place.

I will be keeping the tracker up to date as fixtures and results come to hand, after all I am a huge football fan and just fancy tracking all the scores myself.

As anyone who has been around my site for a few years would know that I have developed spreadsheets in the past to track a wide variety of sporting events such as AFL, Cricket, Football, Rugby etc. This is just another however I am progressing onto the web and tracking via a browser.

This is the first publicly viewable tracking system that I have had on the web however it isn't the only one that I have ever coded. URL for the others are as follows:

Features of this site include but are not limited to:

• Tracking of UEFA Champions League and Europa League fixtures
• Group Tables
• Upcoming fixtures
• Team summaries including all fixtures, goals scored, goals conceded, games played, wins, losses and draws plus the table of the group that the team was in
• Easy viewing of the knockout phases to see how teams progress
• Detailed statistics for each team which can be ranked by the user
